We’re joined by Dr. Ken Bishop, a government strategist and neurodiversity advocate working at the Northern Ireland Executive. Ken has spent over two decades shaping policy, advising on economic development, and leading change management initiatives across Europe. But his passion for inclusion is also deeply personal—he’s been a lifelong champion for neurodivergent talent, informed by his own lived experience with dyslexia.
